Broken or defective weights can be returned for up to 12 months after receipt and we replace them for free. Simply send us the weight or weights which are defective and we will replace them free of charge. If you have a weight which broke after one year since the day of the purchase order one weight for $10 (free shipping); This option is only available with the name of the person which ordered the original product. Please note that weights should last many years if used properly, but the plastic shells may crack if dropped frequently on a tile or on any hard floor.
